At FreeReadText, we strive to provide a high-quality text-to-speech experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Unused Subscriptions

If no characters have been used, a refund request can be initiated within 30 days after the fee deduction.

If minimal usage has occurred (under 1000 characters converted), a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the fee deduction.

Payment Issues

We will process refunds for the following payment-related issues, provided the request is made within 30 days of the disputed charge:

  • Compromised accounts (unauthorized purchases)
  • Charged in error (duplicate charges or incorrect amounts)
  • Technical issues that prevent use of the service

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Partial refunds are not available once usage exceeds 1000 characters. Refund requests submitted beyond 30 days from the subscription date will be denied.

One Refund Per Account

Each account is limited to one refund. If two refunds are requested, the account may be restricted from future purchases.

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.

FreeReadText reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
